Lightweight discs are great for beginner disc golfers, kids, or anyone who likes them.
Some disc golf companies, like Dino Discs, cater to kids. Most of their discs are 120-130 grams and some of them glow too!
Latitude 64 came out with their Zero Gravity line and started with two of their most popular molds: the Pure (putter) and the Fuse (midrange).
MVP's popular Glitch is usually around 150 grams and is really great as a hybrid catch/disc golf disc. It's really fun to throw on the course, great as a warm-up catch disc, and useful for low-ceiling putts where you need distance with little effort.
