Shipping policy
General Shipping
Orders will be shipped out as soon as possible. Due to variations in courier pricing, Tombstone Discs reserves the right to use a different service that will arrive within the same timeframe.
Letter Mail
Letter mail is sent via Canada Post and risk is assumed by the buyer. Letter mail cannot be tracked. Tombstone Discs assumes no liability or responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged products sent via Canada Post letter mail.
Tracked Packages
Packages sent via any courier (Purolator, as an example) will be tracked. Delays, damages, lost packages, and similar issues are to be taken up with the courier. Keeping Tombstone Discs apprised of the situation is helpful, but we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once the package is in the couriers hands. There will be no discounts, refunds, or money added to your customer account due to courier delays.
Free Shipping
Not all products qualify for free shipping. All single discs are eligible for free shipping. Some specialty boxes, backpacks, and other items may not.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped by a method chosen by Tombstone Discs. There are no shipping guarantees in regards to timeframe - the method of shipping and the resulting timeframe are dictated by the courier. You will be given a tracking number - please refer to "Tracked Packages" above. If you need discs within a certain timeframe, then please choose a shipping method with a delivery standard.
Stolen Packages
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure there is a safe and secure place for packages to be delivered. Tombstone Discs is not responsible for any stolen packages and will not replace any stolen packages.
