Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. A return will have a 5% restocking fee to cover administrative costs such as refund transaction fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new and unthrown without scuff marks, all tags/labels/stickers must be unmoved and in their original position with supporting images and/or video. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tombstonediscs.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (only if we made an error in shipping like an incorrect or defective product), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

All returns will shipped at your expense, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent. Tombstone Discs will not be responsible for items lost in transit, so a trackable shipment is recommended.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note we will ask for supporting pictures and/or video.

If you've received an incorrect item we will work with you to correct this with either an exchange or refund.

Products and Weights

Occasionally stamps may look slightly different in a photo than in real life due to glare or other factors. We don't incur additional shipping charges for exchanges in this case. If we ship the wrong disc, we will replace the disc at no cost to you as long as your item is in the same condition that you received it: new and unthrown without scuff marks, all tags/labels/stickers must be unmoved and in their original position

We weigh every disc individually. An embossed/penned/or labelled weight may not be the same as we weigh it. Plastics accept moisture (some more than others) and the environment in which we weigh discs is not the same as where the discs were manufactured/penned/embossed/stickered. There is the real possibility that when we weigh a disc it is slightly different than the weight from the factory, or the weight you (as a customer) have scaled it at. Slight differences in weight are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If we've made a data entry mistake please reach out to us. For example: if you ordered a disc that said 275g but it was 175g.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. All relevant stickers/tags/labels must be attached and (if applicable) still in original packaging. All approved refunds will be subject to a 5% restocking fee that is used for administrative costs such as refund transaction fees through our payment gateways.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
